| Yesterday, the Department opened our doors to the community in hopes of gaining some new members. The event was a huge success, with the community coming out, visiting with us, and having 17 courageous citizens sign up to become members with Baden! We thank everybody that stopped by and especially thank the 17 people that signed up to become members. During the open house a few volunteers took the opportunity to do some training on advancing a hose line up a ladder to a roof. After the drill we showed some young inspiring firefighters how to use a hand line. (more pictures to come) |
