Hall Rental Information
Baden Volunteer Fire Department         
  and  Ladies Auxiliary


                         "Willow Room" Fees

Basic Hall Rental fees for events, such as weddings, anniversary
parties, retirement parties, banquets,  etc., will be $1,000.00 for four
(4) hours (
effective 01/01/08).  Additional hours will be charged at a
rate of $150.00 for each additional hour.  
Prices vary for all other
functions
.   Note: Hall rental for family and friends gathering after
funerals will be discussed and price determined upon request.  

All functions, must START
no later than 9 p.m. and must END no later
than 2 a.m.

Dates will not be held on the calendar until a 50% deposit for hall
rental is made with a signed contract.   Deposits will be returned
ONLY if  
written notification is received 60 days in advance of your
cancellation.  

Functions that are
catered by the Baden Ladies Auxiliary will require
two (2) contracts; one for the Hall and one with the Auxiliary.  If the
Baden Ladies Auxiliary caters your function, the Hall Rental fee will be
reduced to by one-half of hall rental fee.
